Awful - continual random mistakes. They show all the care and attention of a drunkard eating a kebab. Randomly changed pay rates, added people into pension schemes wrongly, ignored requests, their own staff seemed quite frequently to struggle with basic payroll issues. Then despite our account being current when we gave them notice they attempted to force a payment by withdrawing P60's that had already been issued. Petty and Pathetic. More...
