So I called because I needed to board a rescue while they were waiting to transport. I spoke to the owner Jamie and she spent over an hour on the phone with me chatting about rescue work and her facility. I got there for intake and I was greeted with such care and so was Perry! He was treated with honor and dignity after a very rough week for him being dumped and going through the shelter experience. Jamie introduces me to all the pups there for boarding and daycare. She knew everyone by name and knows their stories and temperament. The facility is amazing and I trust her implicitly. I will be taking my own pets there and referring friends. Several customers were coming in to pick up theirs babies and they had nothing but amazing things to say. Don’t hesitate the facility is beautiful! The dogs are so well cared for! Perry had been at a boarding that didn’t even give him water. I’m so glad he’s at a place he can rest and get some love before going on his journey to his forever home in Colorado! More...

I can't say enough wonderful things about Paws and Staff! Our Lab Cooper has been going to daycare here for over a year now and I honestly don't know what we'd do with these guys! !! Cooper is genuinely so excited to go every week and the best part is we don't have to worry while he's there. We have hit the gold mine of Doggie Day care! We were looking around for a place for our new pup, Grady to hang out with other pooches. I came upon Paws Pet Resort off of 34th on Couch right in our neighborhood of Garden Oaks! Already I can tell what an awesome, caring and loving person the owner Jamie is, and how her staff is so well trained and caring. Grady loves it already as you can see. Recently I had to extend the stay of my two huskies, because of an injury I sustained. Jamie knew they would be upset and were anxious to go home. She gave them extra care, extra brushing, extra treats, and walks to try to lessen their worry.

Just realized I left five stars with no explanation back in 2015. We are now approaching the end of 2017 and I absolutely love this place. Jamie and her team take such wonderful care of our dogs. Our sweet pup Emma is shy and is much more social now that she's spent time with Jamie and the rest of the staff at Paws. They take the time to learn and understand each dogs personality and how to best cater to that. They treat my dogs as if they were their own pets. I feel so lucky to have found this place. � More...

Ok yaull I was employed here for a bit, most don't know years ago I got a vet paramedic liscence. So I know a little about husbandry and just loving on them. Man this place is an awesome place to board and doggy day care your furr kid. Jamie and Jason's rules are pets come first everything else will follow. Your furr kids are rotated regularly .they tend to hire people with a heart for animals which is very important. The furr kids eat on time and are rotated soon after. They are so committed that the schedule for holidays changes so the furr kids are properly taken care of!!! God bless this business man More...

We started taking Millie to Paws a few weeks ago, first for a couple days of boarding (and doggy day care) and this most recent time for nine days. .. First of all the entire staff is wonderful! I love that pictures and videos are posted so that we are able to see our fur baby when we are away. Millie has a blast and has made so many friends. She comes home worn out but very happy. I'm very confident that she is in the best care, and now we are going to start taking her to day care weekly for play dates with her fellow fur friends. We have been bringing our bulldog, Buster, to Paws for over a month now and it's been a great experience. He knows that when he wakes up early in the morning and gets in the car where he is going and is excited. As soon as we walk in, the staff knows his name and is happy to see him and when we pick him up, they are sad to see him go. It is easy to tell that these people really love what they do. We've been regulars at Paws for about 6 months and my girl Molly and I love this place! We've used daycare, boarding and grooming services and always been happy with the results. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the services very reasonably priced. I recommend buying the the 15 days of dog daycare package at a time, this gets the per day price much lower than others in the area. More...

Paws Pet Resort, Jamie, Jason and their employees are simply amazing. They go well beyond expectation every day! We have boarded our dogs there since it opened and trust them completely. They are there hours before and after their “open” hours and stay there during the holidays and stayed at the facility 24 hours/day during the flooding from Harvey. They also will contact you immediately, day/night if your animal seems the slightest bit off.

I brought my fur baby to Paws with high recommendations from one of my friends as well as one of my former students. My mother’s health was failing and he was her best friend. Boarded my six month aged puppy, Siobahn here. I was so nervous about it but since the place had such great reviews, I decided to take a chance.
