This was the first time my dog, Jemma, has ever had to stay overnight during a trip of flying. It was all last minute and terribly stressful but the staff at The Kennel Club LAX were absolutely wonderful at putting my mind at ease by, first off, answering the phone and all of my questions. My little 17 y/o jet setting kitty usually travels with me, but when I travel international I have to board her. So I have used a variety of boarding facilities in various cities across the country.
The location was super convenient for a quick dropoff en route to LAX. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and asked all the right questions, which many facilities don't ask, and was knowledgeable about proper handling of her diet of frozen raw rabbit. I walked her back to the cat area and put her in her "condo". The area was clean and tidy and smelled decent for a place filled with animals. I left feeling like she was in good hands.
I utilized the after hours pickup option which allows a late pick up for a small fee, which was nice for me to be able to pick her up on my way home from the airport. They had apparently washed a special impervious pad that was in her carrier, which was no where to be found when I picked her up but they called me the next day to say they found it! I appreciated the follow up with that so I didn't have to source a replacement.
Good experience for me, and my cat was in good spirits when she got home. I won't hesitate to board here again.

I love Kennel Club. They are one of the few doggy daycares that offer spaces for dogs to be alone. And it isn't a cage, it is a little room to themselves with a dutch door so the don't feel too shut off. This is also where I board my dog if I leave town because she doesn't like other dogs so she needs her own space. Workers are great. Very clean and not smelly. More...

We boarded our kitties here recently and will again next month. Clean, bright, large spaces with cats being away from the dogs in a soundproofed section.
One of our cats has major anxiety over barking dogs (rescue kitty) and this helped immensely.
The staff was helpful and friendly and the multiple happy dogs around the front desk (regulars and day care mostly) are a good indicator of how they treat animals.
I highly recommend this place.
