I took my almost 3 years old shih tzu Bertie to sue for the first time last week. He has been pampered and cut since he was 12weeks old every 4 weeks by the same groomer so I was worried how he would be. I had to change to sue as we relocated but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I was put at
Ease the minute I set foot in her beautiful workshop. Everything is dog friendly and is so well kitted out I was shown all round and sue went through a questionnaire with me to make sure she knew all about Bertie. When I went to collect Bertie afterwards I was almost shocked and my face showed it as I saw this beautiful little dog in a red bow tie!!! He looked absolutely gorgeous and smelled divine and was so soft and fluffy. I can’t recommend these 2 ladies highly enough. They do a fantastic job and the main thing is you have complete peace of mind that your fur babies are safe and well looked after.

Did a fantastic job after the last groomer butchered her fur. Sue has managed to make peppers fur look good and given her fur a shine to it again and a lovely cut

Took our five and a half month Cockapoo pup for his first fur cut today. Wow what a transformation. He's gone from a shaggy looking puppy to an absolutely gorgeous looking posh pooch and it's all thanks to Sue's expertise and her caring attitude towards him. We have been taking our border collie here almost since sue started, always friendly caring about her clients both two & four legged. Our dog had been badly cut by a PREVIOUS groomer and sue was able to cut and groom pepper to the way the name suggests pefection.Pepper always comes back to us looking very pretty and immaculate. Our 3 spaniels love going to see Sue for their pamper session . Sue really listens to what I want and I've never been disappointed . Susan stepped in to help when I was fostering a Shih Tzu whose owner had died. I was struggling to find a groomer locally when I came across Susan, who had qualified fairly recently. The whole process of booking and grooming was excellent. Susan was extremely efficient and had a delightful manner with the dog, Ross, in addition the final cut was super, Susan listened to what I wanted and he came out looking very handsome. I used Susan twice and both times I was delighted, prices were competitive locally. The dog has now been rehomed but I can't recommend Susan enough, I'm just sorry I can't continue to support her business but I wish her every success. More...

Sue clearly loves working with the dogs, she is a perfectionist and takes her work very seriously. She is excellent at what she does which is evident when you see the results, Murphy our Bichon Frese certainly comes out looking like a different dog!
