I have been working with Paul Hampson and the team at Advoco for over ten years. They are simply the best integrated IT partner I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I've operated large restaurant businesses with multiple units and Advoco's joined up approach has given us a range of vital services from business machines and laptops, to fibre optic broadband, wifi, hosted email, virus & malware protection as well as great advice on phone systems and integration with third party providers. I would highly recommend Advoco. Our previous supplier struggled with the understanding of our complex technical requirements. Whenever we needed to make a change or an upgrade was required, we felt let down when any IT support was needed. Paul and his team however were wonderful. What do you love most about your job?
I look helping customers to get the most out of their IT systems. Whether its new or old, the chances are that there are a lot of features that the customers just aren't using.
It's also great to go into a customer who has had lots of issues and be able to rectify them and see the difference it makes once everything is working as it should.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn't like the sales focused approach that most companies offer. Many times I would get sent to a client to install a solutions that didn't do what the customer required it to as the Sales person didn't accurately access the customers requirements.
Why should our clients choose you?
Simply, because we are the best and really care about our customers and their businesses. If you don't believe us then just ask our customers, we will happily give you their names so you can have a chat.
