To whom it may concern,

I have been working for the last 13 years as an International, Premium Service Flight Attendant for Air New Zealand, based out of London Heathrow. I am fully aware of the long hours and organisation required within a role with these specific constraints.

Air New Zealand is known world-wide as a 'boutique' airline that provides excellent service and care. As a result of this reputation we often carried VVIP's on their journey's between London and Los Angeles, which was our only destination, hence i have concrete experience in caring for these types of clients. I understand they need support through their busy lifestyles and on a more personal level do not need any intrusion into their unique lifestyle from any staff they decide to surround themselves with.

I also have extensive office and administration experience that can back up my focus on client care. Specifically in the film and television industry where thinking on your feet is a must. I am completely competent with long hours, flexibility, intense support and people who require that extra mile.
