We provide everything from basic bookkeeping service to full blown outsource finance function. covering all roles from accounts assistant to Finance Director. We provide the full works including business plan and strategy development, systems choice and implementation, process redesign, efficiency reviews. Our services provide significant added value through your business whether it be people, process or technology we can provide innovative solutions to current issues and deliver them if required. We have a specialism with dealing with difficult non performing teams and harmonising senior management teams to ensure the company is heading in the same direction.

The technical skills are not difficult to acquire but the interpretation and bigger picture comes with hands on experience. It is essential you have a great accountant who can provide more than just doing the books but can be your sounding board, the voice of reason, your dictionary of ideas. The role is more than producing monthly management accounts or year end returns but a built up close relationship to enhance the quality and delivery of your service and to ensure that the business complies to the legal framework and to ensure your most valuable assets, your staff are cultivated and developed to bring more value to the business as well as fitting into the right roles.

I started my own business because I wanted the flexibility and variety in the work that I do . I have served my time as an accountant in many companies and the routine and politics of organisations strangled innovation. I am able to be a free thinker in developing solutions and work with people who value my opinion.

I believe I offer a wide range of knowledge. Not only am I qualified as an accountant with 23 years post qualifying experience, I also have a degree in IT and still keep abreast of current developments and have currently undertaken an AWS certification for cloud based services. As a lean six sigma black belt I offer an approach to process change. Combined with this I have certifications in change management, project and programme management of which I have spent the last 15 years delivering change programmes in complex environments. I am also a certified executive coach to provide direction and support to organisational leaders. I am the complete package which my education and experience has evolved me into and so can contribute a significant amount of added value to any organisation.
