Paul is absolutely amazing at what he does. He has spent time training our son Aaron over the past few months, and although Aaron is fighting Leukaemia at present and times have been though for him over the past two years, the effort Paul has made with him at his one to one sessions have done wonders to not only help strengthen his muscles but more importantly his mental strength, confidence and well being.

I started training in pureclass after I had my baby. Previous to that I was training 5 days a week in other fitness stuidos around the area but my body fat was always around 20 % . Been training in Paul's studio for almost a month now and I can honestly say I will never step foot in the gym again! This place is worth every penny. Spent years running endlessly on treadmills not really knowing what I was doing or getting a proper workout! Only now after just a month am I already seeing amazing changes in my body.
