. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to meet deadlines and ensured that targets are achieved, regardless of circumstances or limitations. My experience to date has enabled me to develop not only specialist skills in mechanical/electrical engineering, but also allowed me to hone personal skills in pluming, joinery, painting.
My duties included pluming, replacing toilets, sinks and pipe work, painting, joinery, changing cabin doors and locks, general hotel services maintenance.
My electrical duties were primarily supporting hotel services, this involved fault finding and P.A.T. testing all of the crews’ personal equipment. Any reported defects such as sockets, lamp fittings etc. then I had to be repaired or replaced as required. This included emergency lighting and back up battery checks for galley equipment following strict permit to work approved codes of practice (ACoP).

Helicopter firefighting, Team leader for engine room re-entry firefighting . EDBA MAINTAINER, bottle charging. fire heads testing with smoke,heat, and light. Portable fire pumps and compressors testing and maintenance, ram fans(smoke clearance) and hose reels, hoses , nozzles , FB5X, and FB10X (Flight Deck) testing and maintenance .

Warsash Maritime Center Marine Engineering
City and Guilds in Marine Engineering part 1 and 2. This included lathe work, electrical and mechanical marine engineering with additional grinding wheel certification module, welding and instrumentation measurement and control.
