I have tried all sorts of diets whilst always knowing that the reality is that the problem is in my mind. I need to address the reasons I eat if I am gong to be able to lose weight and sustain that loss.

Working with Paul, i feel I am gradually making changes. I am trying to change a very strongly engrained set of habits and I can feel them starting to shift.

What I like about Paul (and ProCoach) is that it is realistic and pragmatic. Also, Paul always makes me focus on the positive and seeing how I can break habits.

He also has a really annoying way of asking questions that make it almost impossible for me to come up with an excuse to say "I can't do that!! " A fantastic skill for him:-)

Paul is calm, warm and patient which makes a huge difference when sharing challenges with him. There is no judgement on what you have or have not done!

I am very happy to have started this journey with him and to seeing the long lasting changes in my habits and my health as we keep going.

Fantastic PT. Always good to keep me motivated in sessions and great advice on food choices. I've lost just under 2 stone since I've started with Paul (Jan 2017) until June 2017. I've been able to maintain that weight due to what I've learned. Would highly recommend. More...

I am getting a huge amount from the pro-coach program with Paul, and have nearly reached my weight loss goal. Before I started I felt reasonably confident I knew about nutrition and what a good diet was, but pro-coach is helping me focus a week at a time on my food choices and how to improve them. I find the 2 weekly habits are brilliant for giving me time to work on one aspect of my diet at a time - you look and see whats going well and what's not, and to identify things that lead to poorer food choices. It really looks at the psychological side of what you eat and trigger foods, as well as the nutritional side. The feedback from Paul helps encourage and motivate me, as well as giving support and advice for things that I struggle with.
I would HIGHLY recommend it, I really think that pro-coach is something anyone interested in improving their diet and health, and losing weight, should do. It’s not a crash diet, or fad, it’s a gradual and sustainable life style change leading.

I'm finding the coaching programme a great tool to keep me on track with making healthier and better choices day-by-day. It helps me recognise that I won't get everything perfect all the time, but that I can pick up again the following day without feeling guilty or bad about myself as I'm working on a new goal each day. Focusing on just one thing at a time feels a lot more manageable and over time I found that I've built the habits into my daily life without thinking about them. More...
