I have really enjoyed the boot camp sessions with Paul. I don’t have a great track record with attending gym sessions but I have stuck to this and really noticed a difference each week. Paul is really professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him as a PT. More...

After having my 3rd child I really wanted to not only lose weight but get fitter n stronger. I was worried about joining a bootcamp course intially thinking I wouldn't be able to do the exercises or keep up with everyone else. However Paul was absolutely superb made me feel at ease in the class n not out of my depth. The sessions are varied and suited for all levels of fitness. Paul is a great motivator throughout the sessions n I'm able to push myself further because of this. I have noticed a real difference in my overall fitness n strength from when I first started. I'm now on my third consecutive bootcamp course with no intention of stopping. Paul is a first rate Personal Trainer I would highly recommend him to anyone at any level of fitness. More...

Paul's boot camps are second to none! Never boring, he thinks up genius ways to get us fit & keep us motivated. Am about to finish my second boot camp with him & my strength & fitness are really increasing day by day. This is a great way to exercise and get yourself feeling and looking better!! Paul provides well planned and enjoyable schedule of sessions, something different everytime so you never get bored of doing the same exercises, would recommend to anyone who wants to get fitter and feel good

I've been having personal training sessions with Paul since April in preparation for my upcoming wedding.
I've never been a fan of the gym but having sessions with Paul hasn't felt like a chore.
Paul's sessions are varied and focused on your own goals. Paul is a great motivator and when you feel you have nothing left, Paul keeps you going!
Paul has definitely converted me to enjoy the gym and a healthier lifestyle.

Attending Bootcamp and sticking to a great dietplan I've lost 12lbs in 4 weeks, I'm so happy with the results after having a baby 4 months ago I've never felt as down about the way my body looked, but now I'm starting to feel much more fit and healthy! Thanks Paul!

Behind that sweet inoccent face is a tough task master , which even though you might not want to do those burpies, he WILL make you and you will enjoy and appreciate it after. I felt and looked increasingly better after Paul classes. After having my son (now almost 6months , I was back at pre pregnancy weight with in 2 weeks all down to the preperation of Paul classes before hand. I had personal training sessions with Paul on the lead up to my wedding and I can't recommend him enough. He's extremely knowledgeable and whilst a hard task master at times, he really pushed me and I have seen noticeable results and feel much stronger. I've used personal trainers in the past and unlike other trainers, Paul takes time to understand what your goals are and really hones in on the importance of the correct form. Awesome PT! In my forties with few recent back issues i wanted to get into resistance training, safely, to improve strength and fitness. As well as the very effective 1 hour sessions with Paul, he’s also given me the knowledge and training structure to follow when travelling on business in any gym, ill equipped of otherwise, so as to make the most of what is available � Paul’s studio has everything you need to train with, with some very specialised equipment like hex bar for safer deadlifting for beginners with dodgy backs ��� Paul trains other PT’s all around the country. He has a wealth of knowledge and really tailors his advice on nutrition and training based on clients’ goals, starting point and any inhibitors. Top PT!! ��� More...

I had the great pleasure of training with Paul when preparing for a cycling event. I was focussed on building muscular strength whilst lowering body weight for the ride. Paul I have to say was second to none. He organised early morning training sessions that were results driven and provided a fun element as they were really tough. I would highly recommend Paul, he makes the sessions fun and tailors everything to you as an individual from diet to exercises. He’s really motivational and just wants people to get the best out of the experience and the results they want! Thanks to him I know what my body is and isn’t capable of, what exercises are best for me and what kind of diet I should be following. I mean I do still have a weak spot for Pizza but Rome wasn’t built in a day thanks for everything Paul and for teaching me that “bacon ISNT good for me!!!” More...

I have been to Paul on and off since 2014 when I got married! From day one Paul was fantastic. He is really encouraging and his “banter” definitely keeps you going through your sessions. ..! His sessions are really varied and never boring and he is a really great support both in and out the gym...giving help with nutrition etc. When I got injured and couldn’t train as much he was really supportive and found new ways to work out to avoid my injured back!I can’t recommend Paul enough...he’s a great PT!!
