Our creative process is part of a holistic approach involving the business goals of the project. It includes:

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
While each project is unique, we require a signed contract for any project over $10k, along with a deposit of 25%. If a project is ongoing/monthly, only first month's payment is required. We also require any brand guidelines you may already have. We will, with the client, create a scope-of-work detailing the project in its entirety.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping businesses compete at a higher level. I get the most satisfaction out of seeing a company's growth as a result of our marketing efforts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a knack for combining business acumen, technology and design to create progressive marketing solutions. In 2006, right at the cusp of the recession, I saw so many businesses hurting, closing or scaling back. I knew I could help them. The companies I convinced to work with me took a chance and spent more on marketing than their competitors, and they're the ones that survived the recession and are still in business today.

We have a team that spans multiple disciplines (copywriting, design, developers. strategists), so we're able to solve business and marketing challenges with a coordinated effort. Take our social media services for example. It requires strategy, scheduling, copywriting, design, social media expertise and data analyzing. One person can't be an expert in all of those disciplines, which is why our clients have access to an entire team of resources.
