I've been a keen golfer for the past 30 years currently playing off a 7 handicap - I have used numerous coaches over the years and after hearing positive feedback about Paul decided to book a trial lessonAfter one lesson with the feedback given I had a much better understanding of what was needed and literally the next week won a Society Tournament on the South Course at La Manga in high winds which I couldn't have done without Paul's advise and help - I would highly recommend a trip to Paul for anyone looking to improve their game.

I have been playing golf for 30 years and over the years have had a number of coaches. I had my first lesson with Paul recently as I felt frustrated that on occasions I played far worse than my 7 handicap, especially in strong wind due to my excessively high ball flight. After one lesson with Paul I had a far better understanding of what my problem was and the improvement under Paul’s guidance was instant allowing me the very next week to win a society tournament on the south course at La Manga, playing of 5, in a stiff breeze which wouldn’t of happened before. I now have had 5 hours of tutoring by Paul at this world class facility. The facility and location is just jaw dropping from the moment you arrive. I have had lessons from a few pros but never progressed as much as I have with Paul. After the 1st lesson I shot 5 under my handicap of 13 and after my last lesson I shot another 5 under. I never thought this would be possible but Paul's very energetic and so positive in the instruction he gives along with his pure passion in making you a better golfer. We have just come back from our third visit to Paul’s amazing set up at his golf academy in Smarden, Kent. We had 2 half day lessons which included 9 holes at Weald of Kent on the second day. We can honestly say that Paul has the patience of a saint. I hadn’t played for 18 months and my husband for almost a year and yet his encouragement to get us back in the game was just inspiring. His genuine desire to make you a better golfer is there 100% of the time you are with him. He loves the game and has a remarkable way of communicating that passion to his pupils. Our putting is good, but my short game was truly rubbish and my husband’s swing left a lot to be desired. So lots of time for me outside using the first class facilities, chipping and pitching from various distances – including over water. For my husband, time in the studio using Paul’s advanced technology of C Swing (cameras recording your swing onto a plasma screen so you can see exactly where you are going wrong) which provided exactly the results he’d hoped for. He also had a golf fit for new clubs to enjoy his improved skills. With Paul’s determination and enthusiasm we came away feeling we were back on track to playing golf at a better level. The other thing we should mention is the warm welcome both Paul and Angie give their guests. If you stay at their lovely house you are made to feel like part of the family. I went with my dad to Pauls golf academy today and found that his instruction and tuition was clear easy to understand as well as extremely effective. Just come back from a fabulous two-day break at the Paul Foston Golf Academy - a World Class golf teaching facility where Paul offers very professional and top class tuition in simply stunning surroundings. After four hours Intensive tuition during the afternoon we enjoyed a delicious supper cooked by his lovely wife Angie and an overnight stay at his charming farmhouse. The following day after another four hours of excellent tuition and a delicious lunch served in the garden, we then put our newly honed skills to practice during a "9-hole playing lesson" at the Weald of Kent Golf Club. I played the best golf I've ever played. Even Sandie (our dog) enjoyed herself spending time with Paul's lovely black lab Milly and collie Bertie. An absolutely superb way to spend a couple of days learning new skills in a fun, relaxed yet extremely professional environment. I would highly recommend the Paul Foston Golf Academy to any one who wants to improve their golf or even a budding beginner like me - the whole experience was simply awesome! We'll be back. More...

The most amazing GOLF COACH on earth. He got the professional knowledge, the skill and the passion to make any level of golfers score better but more importantly enjoy golf better. I travelled 16 hours by plane and two hours by car from where I live to meet Paul for the first time. I am absolutely satisfied with his teaching. He is fun and kind. I learned to play many new shots which help me to get the ball on green anywhere within 50 yards which I was so struggling with. I am so happy and so crazy to travel that far for this training. If you want to improve your golf whatever your handicap look no further than Paul Foston. I went for a club fitting, I am a 9 handicapper 61 year old, who wanted to be competitive in the Kent Vets league where the average player is a single figure player, who has been lower in their youth but is still very competitive. Paul's studio has all the latest gear and best of all it is indoors so the weather does not effect the results of your strike. I had a great time and came away full of confidence that my game will improve in the future, even though I will be getting older.
