We managed to get a walk in appointment whilst we were in London. My daughter had her hair cut by Lukas, he did an amazing job of her hair. Her hair was so long he managed to get enough to send to The Princess Trust to donate. He helped my little girl look like a young lady, just ready for our holiday and her 14th birthday. I can only describe this salon as the best in London! I visited for both a hair and beauty appointment (colour with Salma & facial with the wonderful Sunita) and I received a 5 star service throughout. I was treated to a Soya Latte and even offered a menu full of yummy looking breakfasts, lunches and home made smoothies. I am so happy with my hair and I will now never go elsewhere! Had the most amazing experience here with Lukas. He listened to everything I asked but also advised on what he thought might suit me and I’m so glad I listened. He really knows his stuff and put me at ease and I can honestly say it’s the best haircut I’ve had in a really long time. I love coming to PE. Finally I've found the most wonderful colourist in Stephen; he introduced me to balayage and I've never been happier with my hair colour. As a magazine editor, I have reviewed nearly every salon in London for our readers, and there's none I would rate as highly as Paul Edmonds. I have been having my hair balayaged by Jack Howard for three years now, and I've never had so many compliments on my colour. There really is nobody like him -when I arrived in his chair the first time I was over bleached, fake-looking and I didn't even realise! The salon is beautiful, the shampoo chairs are the comfiest of any in London, and there's nowhere else I'd rather while away an afternoon. Could not recommend more highly! More...

I've been attending this salon since I was 18, and it's by far the best. The staff are exceptionally helpful and realistic about what we can achieve, and they have never made me feel less than the most important customer in there. I treat them like a second family and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Yes - it's expensive - but when the quality is this high and the faces that friendly, it doesn't matter. It's also based in Knightsbridge and has celebrity clientele, which warrants the price. Going there is a complete experience, and you really are treated like royalty, whether your having a quick cut or an all day session with extensions. I highly recommend Alfie for styling, Zoe for extensions and Steven for colour-work. If I could give PE 10 stars I would - I'm with them for life!! More...

i don't think i can ever have any human colour my hair unless that human is called Jack Howard. That man knows balayage. It's oddly therapeutic watching him 'paint' my hair which looks incredible after he's done with it (can i say that about my own hair?) The number of compliments I get is unreal.
