Getting consistently stronger over time is the time tested way to achieve any goal. Not burpees, not circuits, not yoga, not cardio. Strength.

Getting stronger. And then once you get stronger, get stronger than that.

Seeing people get stronger. And I get to wear shorts and a tshirt.

I realized I can help people get stronger. And I can wear shorts and a tshirt to work.

Because I make people stronger and, by doing that, they achieve their goals.
