We just had the best day of our lives, and the staff at the Abbey had a lot to do with that. The experience working with them was overall, really great. The staff was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable. The venue was SPECTACULAR, and many other vendors in the area are familiar with the Abbey, and love working with them. We had many odd requests (wedding pinata, certain type of buns, etc) and they skillfully accommodated them. We originally planned to use the courtyard for a cocktail hour, and when the weather turned too cold, Candace at the Abbey had a beautiful back up plan ready to go. Candace did a great job running the evening, and was very reliable (which means everything to a bride). The food was delicious, we heard nothing but great things (sadly I didn't have time to eat), the space was comfortable and gorgeous. I highly recommend. More...

Where is the option for a 10-star review? When we began researching venues, we remembered PLC, and we are glad we did! We felt at ease and taken care of throughout our entire experience with PLC, from the initial meeting to the last dance.
Our event planner, Julia, was superb, energetic, and a blast to work with. Our guests were taken aback from how professional and caring PLC was, and they have not stopped talking about them. We want to have another wedding just to use PLC again!

Our wedding reception was so wonderful and fun! We had 200 people at our reception and it was the perfect size! It still would have been comfortable with more guests too.
The game room and soda, wine, and beer bar was hit! The service was fantastic- the staff made everything go smoothly. The Italian Buffet was delicious! Andrea worked with us from day one and was always available, helpful, patient and an absolute pleasure. Thank you Patty Long Catering for helping make our wedding day wonderful!
