We had Mr Bruce from Patriot out to clean up some new construction windows at one of our jobsites. The quality of the work was great and they always go above an beyond for us. Tracks were vacuumed out, the windows were washed and all silicone/adhesive residue from install was removed (not always an easy task). The big thing for me though was the personable service. They were great with my clients and I appreciate the fact I can trust them to do the job well and treat the clients well and I don't need to babysit them. No loud music, profanity, or rudeness. I had Patriot Window Cleaning clean all of the windows of my house on September 14, 2018. This was my first time using the company. The owner, Bruce, who is a veteran, did a fabulous job. Bruce was prompt, neat, pleasant, knowledgable and most importantly to me, did a great job with attention to detail. We looked at each window before the job. He had me check the windows after he was finished so if I wasn't completely satisfied he could fix it on the spot. He also cleaned a mirrored wall for me. Bruce has been great to work with. Incredibly personable and a great communicator. We use his company for cleaning commercial trash enclosures managed by our company. I can’t make it out to all the locations we need cleaned every time they need cleaning, but Bruce is always very on top of it and text me before and after photos along with a any updates so I can keep the customers up to date on the work and any potential other needs that may come up.
