We just received photos of my two boys (4months old and 3 years old) and they are absolutely gorgeous. Paddy was brilliant with boys on the day of the photoshoot so patient and relaxed. One of nicest photos of them all is a photo of Conor, that we didn’t even plan to get, smiling from ear to ear because he was enjoying himself so much. The photo captures Conor perfectly Paddy just saw an opportunity and took it. Paddy got every photo I had requested myself but was also brilliant to add in few ideas of his own from his own experience. Paddy also met with us once photos were ready and spent time helping us choose prints and print sizes and giving us advice which we really appreciated. We are truly delighted with all the photos we got. This was our second time to work with Paddy as he also did our wedding photos and would equally recommend Paddy for either. We got family photos done with Patrick with our 2 young girls and from start to finish he was brilliant, he was so patient with the girls to get the right photo and he went out of his way to make the the girls at ease and make them smile, he never rushed us or even looked at his watch, normally it's me taking the photos and now I have a bunch of photos of the 4 of us that I can cherish for the rest of my life, I cant recommend Patrick enough, I've even booked him for our wedding in 2021

What a man Paddy Ryan is. We had him as our photographer for our wedding 3 years ago. We knew he was top class and the pictures he got for us on the day were just fantastic. We had such a great experience with Patrick, from the very first phone call he was very easy to talk to and explained exactly what to expect. The day of our family photo, we knocked on the studio door and Patrick opened the door with a big smile, super friendly, our little boy took to him straight away which meant we got some brilliant photos that we are delighted with.He was also very helpful when picking the pictures we wanted and deciding on frames, it’s harder than you might think We are so excited to get our framed photos and can’t thank Patrick enough for everything. We met up with Patrick a number of months before our wedding, having made contact through Instagram, where I'd been following him for some time. His shots on Instagram always stood out. Everyone in them was relaxed and seemed to be having fun. We would find out ourselves that this was no coincidence. The first meeting was really casual, an exchange of ideas for what may or may not crop up on the day. As someone who plies his trade in weddings, his experience and advice was very welcome. Patrick then sends through an email with his different packages etc. All done with his trademark ease.Some time in the lead up to the wedding day, Patrick made contact via email with a form requesting a range of details and formulated a rough outline of the running order of the day and asked for any preferences or "deal-breaker" shots that we would like. He followed this up with a call a day or 2 before the wedding, going through any details, happy to make amendments or hear suggestions etc. His attention to us was top class. He is a very busy photographer but we were made to feel like we were the only people he was looking after.Then on to the day itself. Patrick and Agnes were at the house before some of the bridesmaids! No problem waiting, they busied themselves preparing and checking equipment and finding the best light and settings. It was, of course, a dreary November morning but the two of them breezed in amongst family and snapped away unbeknownst to most in the shots. They entertained and snapped smiling kids and dogs alike. There was no obstacle to getting the shots. Contortionism, patience and photographic nous in equal measure. They flitted from the bride to the groom and back again for departure to the church.Throughout the ceremony one or the other would pass your eyeline briefly, to gain a new vantage point to exploit. Again, they never intruded, never interrupted, everything from the opening procession to the group shot at the end were all totally organically captured, no guests were harmed in the making of these memories!We flew through the standard family portraits with as little fuss as possible and braved the light drizzle for some outside shots. Everywhere the photographers looked they saw an opportunity for something special, we were more than happy to be framed as they saw fit. They were very easy to trust.When we arrived at our venue the guests were in good cheer and thankfully we have the pictures of not just this, but all the other little bits that we either missed or weren't party to on the day. Patrick and Agnes captured all of this for us. They worked literally from morning til night with little or no break and still maintained their impeccable manner, charm and professionalism.We had an absolute ball on our wedding day. Patrick and Agnes didn't just record it, the helped create it. The service provided went far beyond taking pictures. Ties were fixed, umbrellas held aloft, pocket squares adjusted, button hole flowers straightened (and, later on, reattached to the stem!). Can't recommend Patrick and Agnes highly enough, such a professional and yet incredibly relaxed pair! My three aren't always the quietest... there's the small fella who's wild. The one in the middle is mad and the eldest is shy. When they're together and supposed to be quiet it just doesn't happen. We arrived in for a few family portraits after a communion. Straight away Patrick had them eating out of his hand. All 5 of us were relaxed and enjoying our time in the studio and it shows in the finished product. Top quality shots, edited to perfection and a great selection to choose from before going to print. From my first contact to set a date for family photo shoot to the day of the shoot and to collecting the photos, start to finish Patrick was extremely professional, friendly, approachable and contactable. The day of shoot Patrick accommodated any request we had, gave advice and was so good with the three children that cried, screamed and ran around his studio. At all times during the shoot Patrick engaged the children with gentleness and in a child friendly manner. Patrick managed to capture beautiful family photos and individual child photos. Our experience with Patrick was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. On the hottest day of the year with temperatures hitting 30 degrees, Patrick didn't break a sweat and made us feel so at ease throughout the day. From the moment we booked Patrick for our Wedding in Sept 2014 we knew we had made the right choice, he is very professional, friendly and easy to get along with,we loved his contemporary feel, not your traditional wedding photographs which is exactly what we wanted.

11th September 2014 Our Wedding Day, couldn't have been more perfect really was like a summers day.

Patrick was really laid back on the day and made us all feel very comfortable

Once the wedding had come and gone, myself and my new husband were so excited to get to view the pictures and the wedding album,
2 weeks after the weeding we met Patrick, viewed the pictures and gave the go ahead for the album, and it wasn't even 4 weeks after that we had our Wedding Album in our hands which turned out amazing :)

Both myself and Mary are delighted that we chose Patrick to capture our wedding day. Firstly, I consider Patrick to be the brightest photography talent in Ireland right now. Patrick has that extraordinary ability to capture not just the perfect shot but the atmosphere of that moment, this is for us what makes our album so unique. The moments that Patrick has captured almost jump off the pages with life and it is for this reason that all of our family and friends love it so much.
A word of advice that nobody told me before we got married, you will spend almost the same amount of the day with your photographer as you do with your other half. Patrick’s friendly approach made us feel like we had a very good friend with us so the pictures felt in no way staged or uncomfortable. One of Patrick’s great talents is his ability to capture moments as they are happening which reduced the amount of posed pictures required.
As the groom, I had restricted access to the days sport and Patrick even kept me updated on the latest score’s. What more could you ask for?

Just received our wedding album and we are thrilled with it.. The album captured our wedding day perfectly.. Cannot recommend Patrick Highly enough. From first day I called in until we finalised the album Patrick was so helpful and patient. On the day he was fantastic making everyone feel so relaxed and getting so many natural photographs. At the house and church he was a true professional you wouldn't even know he was there but he captured it all. I think I turned into a bridezilla after my wedding when it hit me that it was all over and all I had left from an amazing day was my dvd and photos. People have said to me since that there photographer missed certain shots but Thankfully I had no such regrets. Only married since end of June but will have our album by end of the summer such an efficient turnaround and so nice to look forward to. All the best for the future and thanks for everything More...

I cannot recommend Patrick Ryan Photography enough! Patrick was the photographer for our wedding in March and we were so impressed with his work and the album we received after. Patrick captured some amazing natural and traditional shots as the day unfolded. He went to both houses on the morning of the wedding and was calm and professional. He was never intrusive and managed to capture some truly magical moments and most of the time without us realising. I have heard so many wedding couples complain about how long the photographs take after the church but with Patrick Ryan, it felt like we were gone only ten minutes. When our first child was born, we arranged for her photos to be taken by Pixifoto. We found the whole experience very stressful on the day and were not entirely satisfied with the prints so much so that we have never put one photo on the wall at home! !! When our second child was born, we arranged for Patrick to take photos of both our children. It was a very relaxed environment, Patrick was great with the kids and our photos turned out fabulous! Patrick was our wedding photographer for our Wedding day in August 2017 and I cannot recommend him enough! So professional, helpful and patient to work with. He is really talented - you clearly feel that he is inspired and passionate about his work, but is also relaxed and at ease with the camera - making it much easier to capture lovely memorable natural shots of people (particularly the shy ones!). Efficient at his work we were able to see his photos of our day at the time he had originally promised and edits to our album proof were really quick. Patrick is an absolute gent. He was our photographer for our wedding in May and I must say his attention to detail was superb. We hardly even knew he was there but he captured some amazing photographs. He is so professional and a very talented photographer. Patrick was a dream to work with. He makes the whole process very easy and relaxed. Prior to the wedding people had said the photographs on your wedding day are painful but we never experienced this. It was actually enjoyable! This comes across in the album!
He went around unnoticed and captured everything! He wasn't intrusive and got all the pictures that we requested.
The Finished product is amazing and again it was all organised by him!Two family members have since got engaged and booked Patrick so I think that speaks volumes!

Patrick you were just fantastic to deal with from the start. I had seen some of his previous work at different weddings and knew that his style of photography was exactly what we were looking for. We were not into having a lot of posed photos and you made all the photos look so natural. You were able to answer all of our questions as well as suggest alternatives for anything that we were unsure about. Patrick is very flexible, laid back and you were great fun to have around while we were getting ready and during the whole day, you were in a mad house that morning! The day itself couldn't have gone more smoothly, Patrick met with myself and the bridal party that morning and also met with my husband and the groomsmen in his mums house. Patrick blended in to the crowd so the pictures that he got were really natural and candid. We have already received a cd with pictures and are only now noticing different things that we had missed on the day. We also have received our Wedding Album all anyone i show it to just says WOW, we are both over the moon with it! The pictures turned out exactly as we had hoped and this is entirely down to the talent and professionalism of Patrick. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking for a photographer. Paddy was the photographer for our wedding earlier this year and we could not have been happier with our choice. As someone who lived abroad now, Paddy was very accommodating and did his best to make sure he could fit us in when we were back in the country.
I first met Paddy when he was the photographer for another wedding and as a bridesmaid then I could see the ease he put the bridal party and how much fun the photography could be. I was delighted that this was the case for our wedding.

Paddy was professional and worked hard to make sure that the photos he took reflected our day and the type of people we were. He even walked through a less than dry field to accommodate our request for a wedding photo surrounded by sheep!

From the morning at my house to the church and the celebrations after, Paddy kept myself, my husband and all guests at ease when taking photos. His professionalism was not limited to the photo taking. The wedding album he created for us was unique and a beautiful momento of a beautiful day. My nana has described the album as “a story of the day”, and by looking through the album she felt like she was back there.

Patrick was our wedding photographer last year on the 18th August 2017. We first saw Patrick's work online & here on Facebook and we were impressed with his style & quality of photography. From the first meeting with Patrick he put us at our ease and we knew our wedding photography would be in safe hands on the day. Something we particularly liked in the lead up to the wedding was Patrick kept in touch & we had a few meetings to plan how we wanted to capture the day & he made some excellent suggestions which we hadn't thought of. We arranged a little engagement shoot suggested by Patrick before the wedding which I would highly recommend to any one. It was nice to get a few nice photos as a couple before we got married as up until then all we had was mostly selfies lol

On the the day Patrick arrived at my house on time and met myself the bridesmaids, flower girls and my mother as well as the hairdresser, make up artist and as the morning went on others dropping in & out of the house at certain times. He put everyone at ease and after a while we all forgot he was even there until he took myself & the bridal party aside for a few specific photos. He was also a great support on the morning of the wedding.

At the church and throughout the day and evening Patrick put all our guests at ease and was very friendly and patient particularly with elderly relatives & our flowers girls & young children. We got some lovely comments from guests on how patient & friendly he was. He managed to capture a lot of lovely photos of family & friends who shared our special day and it's great to have these to look back on in the future too.

As well as the photos we planned to take Patrick also came to us during the day & evening when he saw a great photo opportunity & suggested it to us. He managed to capture some amazing photos of us so we were delighted with these suggestions.

We recently got our album and we were absolutely delighted with it. The quality of it is excellent. Patrick put a lot of work & effort into it with us to make it an amazing album we'll treasure forever. We also have some beautiful ones for the frame as they say! Perhaps Patrick will share a few of them with you here on his page �

We'd highly recommend Patrick for weddings & all your photography needs. Thanks again for everything Patrick.

Patrick is such a nice guy. Very flexible in the booking process. I got a kids shoot so on the day he was really very good with the kids and extremely patient. Very quick service, I was back within the week to go though the proofs and the final prints were with me just over a week after that. Needless to say they we amazing.
