I have booked cabs with Patrick for more than a year and have been a frequent customer to them! Personally I like the service and it’s always been a comfortable yet price competitive journey especially when it comes to travelling in and out of a city like London. In fact I happened to have recommended about his services to two of my cousins and we’ve all been pretty much satisfied. He answers calls at times which are post work too. Apparently I just simply call on his phone and sends all confirmation and details over text or WhatsApp messages which shows the ease of booking and using his facility.
