I offer one to one personal training & nutrition guidance catered for each individual.

I have 10 years experience behind me. I work out of a public gym.

I help clients lose weight & tone up by setting achievable goals. I am very understanding of clients needs & wants as I to was once a client of a personal trainer.

Started training with Patrick 2 years ago... Genuinely cannot recommend him high enough...! He gets the best out of you every time with new exercises/ routines adjusted for your ability.... Enjoy every session

I met Patrick about 3 years ago when I first moved to Dublin. Initially I attended Patrick's classes which were challenging but adjustable for all fitness levels. Eventually I asked Patrick to work with me as my PT. Patrick is professional, he is responsible and truly concerned for his clients. If you ask him to help you achieve a specific target or goal, he will work with you to ensure you achieve that goal. His ability to read his clients and adjust as needed combined with his creative workouts are among his greatest assets. While I am not able to train with Patrick any longer(I have moved back to the US) I strongly recommend working with Patrick to achieve any of your fitness goals. More...

Really good gym although I do think it may be a little intimidating for first time gym goers as a lot of serious and experience gym goers are members here. Regardless the staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent.

Would highly recommend this gym.
