Party works looks like a small family owned business. Their prices are a little higher than Party City, but they do fill balloons rather you purchased them from them or not. It's like $1.34 per balloon. I'm not sure if Party City does that or not but the Dollar Tree which is right across the street does not. They have a lot of products and cover almost every holiday and event that you can think of but just on a little smaller scale than Party City. Their location is what makes them very convenient and reasonable because the nearest Party City is over 5 miles away and there are plenty of other shops and restaurants around to be able to check some items off of your to do list. For balloons at the last min, the associate did a great job of assisting me with what I wanted. She also helped me find other race strip themed items to accomadate the balloons.
