Butcher Paper BBQ recently catered my wedding and they did a good job! Laura Reunion was always nice when we met and was very helpful. The food was good, as always! However, I’d give the catering service a 4/5 stars because we had planned for 175 guests to be served but they only brought like 2 servers so some of my guests had to wait a good while to be served. I made sure they would serve the food (especially because of COVID)(and they knew the guest count) yet they only brought 2 servers and allowed guests to grab their own bread, etc. Overall, good food and friendly but not a fan of how they served the food. I love y’all’s food! Paid for it to be delivered to Auburn today for lunch. The banana pudding I saved for dessert after dinner and it was amazing, as always! My only qualm is that there was no paper in my to go box to keep my bread separate from the pickle juice and juice from the meat. The bottom piece was sopping wet and I couldn’t eat it. Maybe some way to separate it would be nice. Still can’t wait to try breakfast! More...
