I ordered highland cow cup cakes, I was told they could do them and I had seen them previously on their Facebook page. When I picked them up they looked like a 5 year old decorated them. They tasted good but looked awful. When I reached out about the poorly decorated cupcakes, I was told the person who had decorated the cute cupcakes I had seen on the Facebook page was no longer with the company. They also asked what they could do to make things right, I responded but have not heard back. I’m pretty sure from other reviews I have read I will not get a response. Erica was super flexible when I had to change the date of my son's birthday party to a weekend earlier AND when I asked for a smash cake to go with first birthday pictures on short notice! They did an awesome job for my son's graduation cake and cupcakes. Everyone loved them, they were moist and delicious, flavors were spot on. Though the cake decorations were on point... the cake was heavy and too wet. Icing was hard and too sweet. Final layer of icing was not on a professional level (especially worth $70) in my opinion. Smash cake was good... but who does red icing for a first birthday? I would advise to stay away from red icing for a small child, unless the customer specifically asked for it. They are truly an Amazing company, customer service at it's best! Their products are delicious and fresh. My family loves everything I have ever gotten from them. They went the extra mile when I had ordered an item, and something beyond their control happened that they were unable to fill that order. They contacted me and offered to remake the item in the coming days at no charge or I could pick something different. I picked a different item we had wanted to try and Erica would not let me pay for it! You guys are amazing and thoughtful! PS.
