I want to personally THANK the entire Parties 2 U staff ; Costumed Characters and Pony Escorts. The customer service I received was beyond satisfying. The representative that was assisting with my party (Taylor) went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. I booked Parties2U for my 3 year old twin great nephews birthday party this past Saturday. I got the two pony package and all I can say was WOW! . WORTH EACH AND EVERY PENNY! So professional they called the day of the event to inform us that "the ponies are enroute" LIKE THEY IBEW IT WAS A SURPRISE FOR THE BOYS!. The ponies were beautiful and so calm and affordable. I have used a few part characters in the past and none can even come close to the energy and fun Parties 2 U offers. I highly recommend them and they really helped add a lot of fun to my daughter's party. They had lots of energy, great interactive/ age appropriate games, music age appropriate and very accommodating, very flexible to the needs of the party guests. There was no down time and they were extremely organized in their professionalism and how they kept the flow of the party going. The costume was true to the character they were portraying. I had my daughters 2nd birthday with the Olaf character and bounce house. It was enjoyable for everyone in the family. Olaf sang/danced and did a couple games with everyone.
