Jeanette was more than I could have asked for on my wedding day! We were in constant contact in the months leading up to the wedding and she always had an answer to my 100 questiona. She was amazing at dealing with my crazy loud wedding party and family! She really kept everything together and moving without it feeling overwhelming. During the reception she came and suggested me doing a mother/son dance with my 6 year old and it was just perfect, something I didn't think about and it was one of my most cherished moments. She even planned a couple of alone moments for me and my new husband, which was essential to deal with the crazy busy day! I used Jeanette Parsons as my day-of wedding coordinator and soo soo glad I did. She did an excellent job organizing my wedding day, making sure that everything ran smoothly, and helping me make decisions leading up to my wedding. The qualities I appreciated the most while planning my wedding, was her awesome communication, and honesty. When planning my wedding, I had so many questions and concerns, is it weird to have this dance, but not the other? Are garter tosses gross/awkward? Is the sun going to be in my guest’s eyes? and she responded to all of them with honesty. An honest trait in the wedding world is something I found to be rare, so I really appreciated it. It seemed like everyone else was quick to tell me what I wanted to hear, or just not answer the question directly. But not only is she honest with her responses but she also always responded to me in a timely matter, a quality we all can appreciate . Scoring more points on her communication, she made sure to give me a heads up to days that she would not be available for our final meeting before the wedding so could plan accordingly. Needless to say, I was a procrastinating bride, but Jeanette was nothing but understanding and accommodating to all my bride needs. I would highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator. Jeanette was referred to us by our close friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to coordinate our wedding. Jeanette truly felt like she was one of our family friends at our wedding. Throughout the entire process she was extremely easy to work with and quick to respond. She thought of so many things we would have never thought of to help us plan our wedding. I forgot to put my garter on before the ceremony and realized just minutes before the garter toss that I forgot it. She had one with her and saved that special moment for us! Before our wedding even happened we referred Jeanette to one of our friends and now we will get to see her again for the next wedding! Jeannette & her team worked with us at my daughter's Sabrina Vazquez wedding. This was NOT easy for anyone since it was on Dec 23rd. Not only did she make sure every single details that was discussed over the months of planning come to fruition but she made sure not only my daughter but I (as the mother of the bride) got to enjoy and bask in one my the most important dates of our families lives. Jeanette and her team went above and BEYOND to make our wedding day perfect! She was very hands on and involved not only the day of but throughout the entire year of planning. She totally saw my vision right away and ran with it. I did not have a worry in the world come wedding day because of her. I really cannot imagine my wedding day without her. On the wedding day every time I needed her she was right there. It was almost like she knew what I was thinking at ALL times. She even made sure we had food and drinks all night (which is a mission for bride/groom). she was the first person to arrive at the venue and probably the last to leave that night. I even text her days after (while on my honeymoon) with questions on locating items she knew exactly where everything was. Truly a lifesaver! I love that she is always accessible, she would reply within minutes! We talked so much throughout the year it’s going to be weird to not text/chat anymore! Party Parsons helped me with my son's "Under the Sea" theme 2nd birthday party. Jeanette was SO helpful with every aspect of the party and I know I couldn't have done it without her help. From the beginning, she took my theme idea and ran with it! From ideas on décor, table settings, party gifts, and party vendors. Her balloon guy referral was AMAZING. We got so many compliments on his balloon creations, the table settings/candy station, and my favorite.. the "photo wall" she made of pictures from the past year of my son. Party Parsons - WOW. I am so happy to have found Jeanette. She put together my daughter's Alice In Wonderland Sweet 16 and went above and beyond. The time and love and dedication she put into this special day was shown when everything came together. The party could not have turned out more perfect and was exactly as my daughter had dreamed. Jeanette is a class act. I recently lost my mother. Jeanette reached out to me to offer her services to my family at no cost. With extremely limited time, she created center pieces for all of the tables at my mother's reception. Additionally, I showed her a photo of the memory table I was hoping to recreate but was overwhelmed and unable to bring my idea to fruition. Jeanette was able to do it for me!
