You just keep going because something will change eventually, right? Therapy can help you figure out what obstacles are getting in the way of the life you want and envisioned for yourself. I love working with people and am passionate about helping others tap into their strengths to reach their full potential. I have specialized training in both play therapy and trauma. Play therapy is a way of working with kids using their own language of communication to express experiences and feelings non-verbally. I also work with individual adults to treat trauma and all of the symptoms associated with exposure to a traumatic experience using a mind/body approach (TRM).
