I've been a fan of Par's since 1997. It always makes me happy. Food is delicious and the staff is great. Just came for lunch and had my favorite gyro with salad and rice. Delicious!

When it comes to Mediterranean food it doesn't get much better than this. A lot of bang for your buck as well. The gyros are always good but my go to has to be the lamb skewers. Best place in all of New Mexico for Persian and Mediterranean food . The food is always amazing and Mo is a gentleman he comes and greets me and my family every time we come in . Well... the wife said I needed to step out of my comfort zone... and here I am! Well I didn't expect to be at a Persian restaurant on date night, but I'm glad the wife drug me out! So, I willTry anything once, and I thought for sure... this is gonna be a one and done... indulge the wife. However that is far from what happened! Let me tell you... go try PARS! Mediterranean food is definitely a go to for me! Here, there was NO FLAVOR on the food. We ordered Lamb and Chicken kabab. The rice was too plain to eat with kabab’s. David was our server, he was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is nice. I will not be back again for the food! If you want to try good Mediterranean food, definitely this is not the place to go. Delicious Mediterranean and Persian food. I ordered the hummus appetizer and the hummus was phenomenal and the pita bread was delicious. We also ordered the Persian baklava which had pistachios and but was cooked with some rose water which was really good. I ordered the Monday special kebab koobideh, beef, which was really tasty and came with some awesome rice and salad was delicious. The gyro is a huge serving and was quite delicious the pita bread was quite delicious surrounding the gyro. Staff was very friendly and nice. Restaurant was clean. Military discount available. This was such a treat to have discovered! I loved the extensive menu and that each dish was well described! They have a lot of gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options and a variety of price points. The daily specials are excellent. The portions are very generous and they have an excellent wine and beer list. The waitstaff is extremely nice and we got to sit out on the patio well past our meal just enjoying the night. The appetizers and desserts are also really lovely.
