TL;DR: Highly recommended hosting company! Great support, perfect up time, actually cares about their customers business, communities, or projects. I have been using Parrot Creative for a little over three years now for everything from simple Minecraft hosting, to dedicated server hosting, and now web hosting. The owner, Kacper, has always been here to help ever since the beginning. They are my favorite hosting company and I will always go back to them for hosting. Up time has been extremely close to 100%. Over the past three years I think I have only had 2 or 3 outages which were quickly fixed.Also, their support is amazing. Kacper and his staff have always been able to solve my issues. Even when the problem was something I did to my own server. They have gone above and beyond the support they should offer to their clients many times. Finally, my favorite thing about them is that they actually care about their customers. Most hosting companies get their clients, then sit back and don't worry about them unless there is a problem. The thing I love about Parrot Creative is that they care about their clients and will actually send out direct messages to their clients to see how they are doing and how they can help and improve things. Sturminster Newton Museum and Mill Society is a charity running a working mill and a small museum in North Dorset.Kacper of Parrot Creations was recommended to us as the person to help us revitalise our web site. After listening to our needs, concerns and limited computer skills he did further independent research in to the character and location of the buildings. He then made good suggestions as to how we could move forward. Kacper suggested ideas new to us and his patient approach has given us the confidence to further our use of "digital tourism".
