I am a Restart alum, and I highly recommend Ali and the course. As a nurse, I found the coursework spot on regarding physiology, nutrition, digestion, hormones, and disease prevention. This is a great course to learn the importance of what we put on our bodies, and how to move toward better health. Ali does all this in a relaxed setting where questions are encouraged and a ton of support is offered. Just do it!! You will be so happy you did. More...
