Parkside Mansion was the perfect venue to host our wedding! Maggie, who handles the coordination of events, was an amazing partner. She made the process very easy and was extremely helpful, even consulting on how much liquor to order through the venue. They have a very flexible return policy where we were able to get money back on unopened alcohol; we also found the pricing to be fair. The wedding itself is beautiful and intimate, exactly what we wanted for our big day. They were also very accommodating to ensure the venue was arranged how we wanted for the wedding day. We would highly recommend utilizing the Parkside Mansion for both weddings and general events. More...

I love this building and its perfect central location across City park. Love the beautiful inside as well as outside with so much charm and character. Every time you step in the front door, it feels magical and you feel overwhelmed by its beauty, the large ballroom, the stairs to the second floor, the rooms, the rooftop... Everything with so much attention to detail. Building is very well maintained, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable on the event planning business, of course. They take care of all the logistics for you very professionally. Highly recommended location for large or small events, whether it's a wedding with 200 people or a corporate event with 20, they will take care of your event with same enthusiasm. We hosted an admitted student reception for University of Oregon and the spread was beautiful! Maggie, our host at Parkside was so accommodating with our needs as well as the staff with Fresh Tracks catering. Parking is easily available and conveniently right next door. What a beautiful classic space! I drove a wedding party here last weekend. They invited me in for a snack after they were done eating. The space is very well kept up for a building that is 100 years old. It's got big pillars out front which give it a very old-world feel. But is very well kept up inside. Modern furniture and classic design mixed very well. After the wedding party was finished, they got on to my party bus and proceeded to have a blast for a couple hours on their way to a wedding after-party. This is our favorite hotel in downtown Parkside Mansion!! The lobby is huge and inviting they have a restaurant, and bar open late with great staff! The beds are super comfy and offer a nice size bath tub. The kids enjoy the indoor outdoor pool which also has a nice deck for overlooking downtown, we like to visit on the 4th of July and watch the fireworks!! We hosted our wedding just about two weeks ago at Parkside Mansion and we could not have been happier with how it all turned out! The venue itself is gorgeous and classic. The entire staff is amazing, sweet and always available to answer the abundance of questions. Courtney was our point of contact and day of coordinator, and holy cow she is AMAZING! She is a wonderful resource for making sure all necessary details are considered and carefully planned during the planning process. The day of she kept everything moving and made sure everything stayed on track! Parkside was the perfect venue! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour upstairs under the tent on a very hot June day and it was warm but comfortable. If guests were too hot they could step inside.
