Bridie did a great job cutting off my daughter's long hair today to donate it to the little princess trust. She took time to listen to us both to ensure that Jasmine had a low maintenance style as well as donating the maximum amount of hair.

Not sure if the hair dresser had done the hair cut that I asked for before (long hair with undercut on one side, 1/3 of my hair shaved off) but she did exactly what I asked for. Only reason it's not a 5* is because she seemed a little rushed for time (I was given a same day appointment on a Saturday so maybe that's why or because the customer next to me was audibly distressed at what I was having) and because it was the most expensive haircut I've had. 5***** Went to this place as I was stuck for an appointment - last minute and didn’t have enough time booked in for me to have a colour change in my usual hairdressers! I only managed to get it bleached out which I left looking hurrendous! Looking online while my hair was being bleached out I Then find Parks hairdressers and they managed to fit me in for a full head highlights and colour in-between to sort my mess out as it was my only day off I needed some magic because it looked so bad! I turn up to the Parks straight from my usual hair dressers and they were all so welcoming and talked me through everything of what they had to do with my mess! I am over the moon with my result of how my hair came out and will definitely be coming here in the future for what I need, they seem to work there magic and make you feel amazing! Out of five bad experiences with previous hairdressers THIS has to be the best salon I’ve ever been to! I’m having so many compliments on how lush my hair looks and for what’s happened to it in the past two days it’s in great condition with the Treatments they used to stop it from breaking! I will definitely be recommending this salon for great service and amazing out come! I thank all the team and especially Helen who spent all her time on it yesterday! Went into Parks to have a full head of extensions put in for my wedding, which were done by Bridie. It was clear from the offset that Bridie knew exactly what she was doing, and the extensions are amazing. Throughout the 4 hours I was there, I was offered drinks and magazines, and everyone was very chatty and polite. The salon was clean and tidy, and a nice place to be!
