Used Parker once during my last visit to London for Heathrow drop off. Driver came early and was very helpful. At Heathrow there was a slight misunderstanding so I found out that I paid cash but was also charged on my credit card.
Emailed Parker support and the charge was reversed within a day.

Ive been using parker cars for a few years now and they are honestly the best cab service ive ever used. Any items ive left in the cars have always been returned and drivers are always smartly dressed and polite. Would recommend to everyone.

I booked a car to take myself and others from isleworth to Croydon for a show on Saturday and return journey afterwards. We mentioned that we needed a 'high' car rather than a saloon type as 2 of the passengers had health problems. We arrived in style in a Mercedes Vito and came home in a Volkswagen shuttle - lovely comfortable cars, smart and courteous drivers - really made the whole evening extra special. Use the app and it's fab. I get quoted a price before I book, get to see not just the make and vehicle registration but name and picture of the driver and if I wanted to use it option to txt my journey to a friend (and mark when it's over).
