Wow!!! This Salon is AMAZING!! It is beautiful, welcoming and has the best stylist there, Jessika Campbell!!!! Jessika is truly an Artist, she does a wonderful job consulting with you first to see what your hair expectations are and then she suggests what is best for you and for your hair. And boy oh boy she is a master at blonding!!! I recommend anyone who is looking for a stylist to go see her she is professional, sweet, and will blow you away with her talent! I recently had the pleasure of entering the little oasis that is Paramount Salon/Spa.  I was feeling drab, worn down, and washed out when I walked in.  After a few hours with Rachel, not only did my hair look more fabulous than it has in YEARS (scratch that, EVER), I left with my soul rejuvenated and water in my eyes from laughter.  I just wanted to say thank you, Rachel.  You are one of the kindest, most authentic, funny, TALENTED people I have ever met, and I feel like I have found my hair girl for life in you.  What you can do with color is nothing shy of incredible, and you have such an art for hair, beauty, and design.  The studio is breathtaking, and the staff has such a high vibration and easy flowing way about them, too.  As a new mom there is very little I find the time to do for just myself, but this will be one I am not willing to sacrifice.  Thank you for taking such great care of me, completely exceeding my expectations on every level, and for being YOU.  Good vibes to you and yours, and I can't wait to come back. I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write this review. I've been going to Paramount to see Jessika since August 2018. I was 8 months pregnant slowly recovering from severe hair loss from gastric bypass and I got on Yelp and tried finding a last minute salon that could try and help me. I called and the owner said she had one girl with a last minute cancellation and I bolted to Temecula. I needed blue/black color and I had low expectations for a cut because my hair was growing in so uneven but I thought let's let her do her thing and if I hate it it's just hair right? It took me a good week to look at myself in the mirror and see my new cut and think wow my hair looks the healthiest it's ever been. It was hard to ever picture myself without long flowing hair but after so much damage she found a cut that complimented my face and the crazy fact that I was about to be a mom. My first time at this salon and I had a wonderful experience! Allison was my stylist and I absolutely love how my hair turned out! She is so nice, easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, gave me tips on how to style my new cut and what products to use for my hair type. This was my first time at Paramount salon and it was amazing. I loved the ambiance and how they always welcome you with either a cold or hot beverage. I had Jessika as my stylist and I’m so grateful for her and all she did. I found her on Instagram and followed the link to text her for information. Virginia is amazing! I was an athlete in college and suffered from acne and major dark spots for a really long time. Virginia knows exactly what your skin needs and the facials are so relaxing I think I've fallen asleep almost every time (sorry Virginia)! Thanks to Virginia I rarely wear face makeup anymore and I have gotten so many compliments on how great my face looks! If you want to pamper yourself, definitely go to Virginia! I've been a Rachel fan since she was working a booth in somebody else's salon. I'm stoked for her move into her own shop.I came here with my daughter so we could both get our hair done . My daughter had a color done, and I just had a cut and style. My daughter's color turned out beautifully. And my hair cut, just a trim, is impeccable. So I am leaving this review for Erin, it has been a little while since I have been to this salon in particular (I did come to an esthetician here once before and I can't say it was necessarily worthwhile for me to return, neither good or bad just okay experience) I had the pleasure of finding Erin through Insta and booked her for my first facial here. I was pleased at her knowledge of the brand (and plural brands she works with) as it is what attracted me to the salon in the first place. I love good products and usually ask for recommendations and she gave me ones that were suited to my skin type/needs. Paramount Salon is staffed with highly skilled stylists. The salon itself is super stylish and cute and feels good just to be in such a pretty place. Jessica consulted with me, and got my color and cut spot on. She wasn't afraid to suggest new ideas that may improve my look and she had all the skills to give me what I needed for a little updating.I was also offered a variety of drinks ranging from coffee, tea to even a mimosa! Not, only are the stylist up on all the hair trends and techniques, the salon itself feels like a little retreat.. I love how well designed the space feels and looks. I came for a color and style. Wow did I get more than that! Rachel did an amazing job with my color, it was so natural and the high/low lights were beautiful. She also gave me such a relaxing head massage, I could have stayed there at the shampoo bowl for hours. When I was done, my hair was so soft and exactly what I was looking for. I came to Paramount Hair Salon in hopes to find a stylist that takes her time and cares about every aspect of detail. Jessica took her time in developing my hair back to a healthy state. She made me feel so comfortable and easy to talk to. She pays extra close attention to every detail when it comes to your hair and your personal experience here at the salon. She creates an Atmosphere of peace and serenity. Jessica is very knowledgeable when it came to my hair and backdated all the different trials and error I have had with my hair with one consultation. Just got my hair balayaged last night by Kyla. She is awesome! I LOVE my hair! My entire time in the salon she made sure I was comfortable and was always asking if I needed anything. I have been to this salon several times now because I keep coming back to see Carmelita! She is one of the best colorists I've ever seen and she can take your hair goals and make them reality. Not only are her skills top notch, she stays late until your hair is perfect and won't skip any steps. I love this place! Sometimes it feels like I live there because I can't stop going to Virginia! I go to Virginia for my waxing needs as well as my facials. And she is amazing at all of it. Everytime I see Jessika, I walk out more confident than when I arrived. I'm a new mom and I've been feeling like I needed something to make me feel, well, less mom-like. At first I was ready to spring for a drastic change, but Jessika has known me for years and talked me into a better transition. I'm so glad she did, because I got some beautiful supernova galaxy hair!
