Use of numerous sub-contractors is a bit confusing (e. g. one each for reference checks; check-in/inventory; support for moving in and getting energy accounts etc.) in that I'd prefer one point of contact - that said, Jasleen from the check-in agency used was helpful and responded quickly to queries - some of these were late in the evening or at the weekend, so hopefully her firm recognises this? We have recently purchased a property that was advertised through Paramount. The initial negotiations were quite stressful (we had to increase our offer after our initial lower offer had already been accepted and we were also put under pressure to sign an exclusivity agreement which we refused to sign), however once this was resolved everything went smoothly and overall we were very satisfied with Paramount. Since the first viewing, Lionel has always been very professional, responsive and flexible, accommodating our busy schedules and enabling us to see the flat when it suited us. He was also extremely helpful keeping us up-to-date, chasing our solicitor when necessary and ensuring efficient communication among the various parties involved in the transaction. As first time buyers, we also much appreciated Lionel's patience and willingness to explain the process and next steps whenever we had some questions. Even after contracts were exchanged Lionel continued to provide excellent service until completion. Our experience with Paramount has been absolutely amazing. We wanted to move in ASAP (approx 2 weeks from the time we viewed the flat to when we wanted to move in). The whole process was seamlessly managed in time by Paramount.
