How long have you been in business?
We’ve been a family owned company since 1975. Our family has been in the industry since then, primarily as an exterior renovation company working in historic districts throughout New York City. Over time we’ve added numerous sub trades to our scope of services, and simply put we can build your dream home.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All our work comes with a 1 year warranty for workmanship, and addition manufacturer warranty and additional length of time applies to all of our installs and certain scopes such as roofs, facades, and waterproofing.
What do you love most about your job?
Building homes in New York City can be quiet a challenge, and that’s probably one of the best things I love about what I do. Every home and client requirements are unique so you really don’t know what you will find. I take pride in solving problems for people, and solving a problem in this field is just another badge for my company that we proudly take to our next project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be quiet honest the business chose me. I come from a family of contractors, and I studied mechanical/computer engineering thinking I would end up in another industry. However I realized that our family built something great over the years and with my experience it would only be more valuable.
Why should our clients choose you?
Large home renovations in New York City can be a daunting challenge, from getting approval from the city to finding a contractor and eventually being satisfied with the end product and the months. We’ve done projects for large building managers, commercial general contractors, retail stores, restaurants, and home owners. But at the end I specifically cater our business for the home owner that is looking to renovate their dream home. These projects can be challenging, there are multitude of requirements, trades invovled, coordinating moving/living for clients, design elements, and especially if you just bought a home time is of the essence. We believe as a company we are best positioned to handle these type of projects.
