Arron Thomas is a very aggressive and hostile person. He makes many derogatory and homophobic comments towards people. He has previously served time in prison for armed robbery of a convenience store. His aggression and hostility are very concerning character traits, especially given his prior history. When I joined a year or so ago everything seemed OK, but since lock downs begun I keep getting messages inviting me in for training sessions even though this isn't allowed ive spoken to at least 2 others who've had the same experience.

If your looking for a gym that you get the best of everything and every class fells like a personal one on one then this is it. The attention to detail is something I have never experianced.
