We are from Iowa and in town looking for attractions, this was our second pick but we were so happy we chose it. The kindest, most courteous group of young adults, great prices, and our entire group was BEYOND happy we got to experience this place. AMAZING! Thank you for being awesome!

We love this place. Plenty of fun to be had. The only thing is I don't like the pizza and the nachos were not good either.

We held our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in the newly built pavilion. It was so well organized and both the kids and adults had a great time. We had several compliments that it was the best Bat Mitzvah they've ever been to. I definitely recommend them for your special events.

Youth hockey team had our end of year party on 04/01. Everyone had a great time and we were lucky that the weather cooperated for the trampolines and rock climbing wall. Even if the weather was lousy, the kids would have been just as happy with the indoor activities.

Went for my husbands company picnic on Saturday. It was fun and our grandson enjoyed himself. Lots for kids and adults to do. The only negative was a few of the games didn't work right and the photo two times stopped working and we lost our pictures. I would take the family again. It was a nice Saturday with the family.

There were a few machines not working, and when you only have a few more than a few machines that's quite a few machines unavailable. They have two sizes of beverages, small(which they call large) and a smaller. I ordered the larger than smallerish size, which came with the young lady's finger in my soda. The process to get tickets is also a bit confusing. You have to go outside to purchase tickets to play bowling, which is inside. Go to the inside counter an and give the tickets to them, and then wait for a teenager to start the game. There doesn't seem to be a good business plan except get money from parents. Wasn't overly excited, but it was my 37th birthday, so I have many to reflect on. All in all, if you're not expecting much, you should be mildly impressed. P. S. Deal or no deal is missing buttons to press for cases, and guess where the 200 ticket case was.... Behind a case with the missing button.

I can't say enough good things about Paradise Park! Every time we come, the staff is amazing. My daughter still talks about a staff member from 2 summers ago that went above and beyond, and most recently, Travis who was so nice and helpful today. We will NEVER go back to chuck-e-cheese! Thank you to Ken and the entire staff for such a great experience every time!!

For serving food there were too many of the help walking around with loose hair dangling in the food and cake. As I'm eating the server set down the pizza turned and flung her hair not only in my face but my drink. When I spoke to management about it he agreed but nothing changed. They still walked around fling the hair. Bending over and it being in the food. Help drinking right there behind the counter. Makes me wonder how much hand washing goes on????

A bunch of kids running a place that serves food an drinks using no health precautions girls with hair in food an actually laying in cake i watched being cut an served. Completely over priced they charge for adults that dont eat an then say you have left overs. . will not be back nor recommend save your money and go to the park

First time visiting with my son today and we had a blast. He keeps asking if we can go back. It's great facility with lots of friendly staff members.

I took my son and his friend here on Friday for a fun afternoon. They enjoyed themselves so much. Every staff member we encountered was patient, kind and willing to help. I couldn't believe there wasn't at least one sour apple in the bunch as there normally is everywhere you go these days. Did I mention there are a lot of teenagers working here? No worries, though - there was no teen 'tude whatsoever! Their parents should be so proud!

The pizza and bread sticks were amazing as well. When my son had a problem with a game in the arcade, the tall, blonde guy in a white shirt credited him his lost credits and a few extra without a problem at all. We will most definitely be back. Please let every staff member that was working on 8/11/17 know that they made our first visit a very memorable one and we will most definitely be back for more fun!!!

I feel that if they are going to have a large group of kids (let's say a summer camp group like when I was there) they either need to close the park to the public or make it mandatory that the kids stay with an adult at all times. When I visited the park two days ago there where small children running wild. I paid full price for three people to putt putt and the children running wild kept ruining it by playing the hole and not waiting their turns and just running all over the place. The place was way over packed couldn't even move inside the building. It would be nice if there were specific times when groups where there. I guess maybe call ahead and make sure there is not a huge group of people because if there is don't waste your money. I have been there on other occasions when it wasn't busy and I did have fun but I do believe it's a bit over priced.

We held our son's 10th birthday party here yesterday. Ms. Marge was our hostess and did a wonderful job keeping the boys moving from activity to activity which were the Trampoline, Laser Tag and Mini-Golf (Paradise Package). We paid another $60 for Go-Karts at the end. She made sure I had nothing to do but chat with the moms and dads. I felt good being able to relinquish control and allow someone else to run around during the party.

The pizza was very good and so was the cake. I also ordered pizza and Greek salad that was amazing for parents.

We had some slight issues like the room not being ready until 10 minutes before our guests arrived. I asked the manager to clean the counter in the room after seeking the top of the trash can resting on it while they changed he trash. The manager looked at Ms. Marge as if, she couldn't believe I was asking for something so petty. Further, I wasn't provided a table in the room for gifts and bags with goodies and when I asked for one the manager gave me a condescending smile as if I was asking for too much. Finally, the game cards given to use at the end which were to be loaded with 25 credits for each child did not work immediately. Besides these small issues, we had so much fun.

My granddaughters are visiting me for three weeks from the D.C. area and I was looking for an outing to take them.
So, I googled amusement parks near me and Paradise Park came up.
They had the time of their lives with all of the activities that were offered.
From the arcade, the two types of bumper cars for all ages, the buggy jumping, the space simulator ride, miniature golf, and the restaurant , you cannot ask for a better experience which we will always treasure !!

Took a trip here to beat the "2nd Winter Blues" for Spring Break with a big group of moms and kids. I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing and friendly everyone working there was! We had a number of Groupons and they were so patient and helpful while we all worked out some kinks. The food was great and all the kids had a wonderful time. It's not everyday that you get such great customer service and to be perfectly honest, even rarer from teenagers, but WOW, such a nice group of kids! Please let those working on April 6th, 2018, they are doing it right!

We drove an hour to get here. And I am so happy we did! Our kids absolutely loved it! The prices are great. And the staff is my personal favorite part! I’ve never been anywhere that the entire staff (or so it seemed) was young ‘kids’. And I was very impressed with how nice these kids work. Especially Ben. Working the rock wall! My kids loved him and so did we! He was super sweet and very professional. We will be back for sure!!
