I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided to my husband and I when we did our wills. We had little idea of what we needed to do at this stage of our lives, and especially how to do it so that it could be added to in the long term. You clearly and concisely explained what we needed to do now, what we would be doing in the future and how you would ensure it was something we would no longer have to worry about as you had it covered. The process was far simpler than we ever imagined, and we were delighted with the final product – it wasn’t just emailed over to us, but presented as a proper document. Having known the owners of Paradigm Wills and Legal Services through business ventures for a few years now I recently had some life changes that meant I needed to re write my will.  I have known a number of people they have helped to get their affairs in order instructing them was the obvious choice for me. Although I thought my needs were simple and straight forward a standard ‘fact find’ showed I didn’t need what I thought. Given my request was close to Christmas I expected to wait until the New Year for any action but the process was made simple and easy and the turnaround was imminent and my will was safely in storage before the end of 2018. Got in touch with Paradigm Wills and Legal Services after recommendation to create wills for my parents and needed to make sure that their wishes were met.

A meeting at my convenience and at my home was made so that we could talk about what we wanted in the wills and then were given expert and clear advice about what is available in order to fulfill my parents wishes.

Time was given to think over what we wanted to do and once we had deviced to go ahead with the wills the documents were drawn up very quickly. Once this was done they were left with us so we could go over them but again with no pressure or being forced to rush.

After the final papers were drawn up a final meeting was made to help go through it all and finally get the documents signed and witnessed. Everything was clearly explained my documents were made.

Due to the effortless completion I decided to enquiry about another service that Paradigm Wills and Legal Services offered which was power of attorney documentations. I didn’t know much about these so I needed to find out as much as I could before proceeding and Paradigm Wills and Legal Services were very helpful in providing the information and explaining the different types of power of attorney documents available.

Again the transaction to complete my request was effortless and done around my busy work life. By completing these documents for me it has taken the pressure off my parents as they know that their wishes are going to be met.

I was so impressed by the services that Paradigm Wills and Legal Services offered that I recommended them to my cousin who wanted to do the same things as I did with a will created and power of attorney documents for her elderly mum.
