Natalie is the most amazing groomer. She has been grooming both of my dogs (Shih Tzus) regularly for some time. My little girl is very nervous and my little boy recently suddenly went totally blind and had to have one eye removed. Natalie is so patient with them both and they both get very excited when they visit her and I know they're in safe hands. They always come back looking and smelling fantastic and totally relaxed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have been taking our pup Ozzy to Natalie since he was 3 months old. He is now 8 and a half months old and has been to see Natalie 5 times. On each occasion Ozzy has come back looking and smelling amazing! Natalie gives Ozzy a fantastic teddy bear cut, which really enhance his lhasa apso x lhasapoo features. After each groom Ozzy comes home in a cute neckerchief or little tie which is a lovely personal touch. You can really tell that Natalie has a passion for her job. She is extremely professional and very patient (with both dogs and their owners!). Natalie has built a lovely relationship between herself and Ozzy, so much so that every time we drop him off he rushes over to her and cannot wait to go with her. I always leave him feeling completely at ease knowing that he is in safe hands. Lots of dog owners comment on how good Ozzy looks after his groom and I always recommend Natalie to them. Thankyou to Natalie at papplewick pet services for another great fun filled stay for our Ted It's like home from home , safe clean and Ted is very well exercised and cared for. Natalie is easily the best groomer we have used. She did a wonderful job on my cavapoo Tilly recently. She really took the time to understand what we wanted from the groom and was so caring and attentive with Tilly. You can tell that she genuinely adores dogs and this really shows. Natalie provided an excellent service for my golden retriever, she was a bit of a mess before hand but she cleaned her right up and she looks like a brand new dog now!

Omg amazing wash cut and blow dry, our Honey is a very hard dog to groom as she has two coats and has been living on a building site all this year, had an operation in March so hadn’t been groomed since Jan.
This is the best cut since being back in Nottingham.
Definitely our new forever groomer!

We needed a dog sitter as we were going on holiday with some friends who have a 1 year old son. We wanted him to have full run of the holiday home without having to worry about our fur baby. Natalie was recommended to us and we're so happy Archie got to spend 5 days socialising with other dogs, running and playing.
