Papa Jack's Catering

We asked Papa Jack to cater a pig pickin for our family over Memorial weekend, and we couldn't be more grateful! Jack & his team (Cameron, John) arrived early to set up food serving tents, the grill and an entire spread of deliciousness. Everyone LOVED the food - mouthwatering, melt in your mouth pulled pork, garlic green beans, sumptuous hush puppies, freshly hand squeezed lemonade, AND the most divine peach cobbler and lemon pound cakes! Jack and his partner John were an awesome addition to my mothers 60th birthday party. We had them come out to do a whole hog pig pickin for 55 people complete with all the sides. These guys were down to earth and very friendly. Above all the food was OUTSTANDING.I would most definitely have these guys come out again for a future event and highly recommend them! More...

They catered the Yappy Hour at ZoomyDogs, and it was yummy. I'm not sure how all of the sauces are, but I liked the sweet bbq sauce.

Some of the best , fresh cooked on the spot pulled pork and sides. Hush puppies fried next to the grill the pig was cooking on. After the event when the party was finished eating, got to have any of the left overs before Papa Jack's team fully cleaned up there catering. More...
