We were introduced to Neil the designer who came to our house & nothing was a problem for him as he give us good advise & came up with some fantastic ideas. When he was ready with our plans, we were blown away on how our new kitchen was going to look like. We are so happy with our new kitchen from Panorama and can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Neil was great and very professional. He designed our kitchen with such attention to detail and was always willing to deal with any queries we had in a timely manner. A special mention to Adrian and Ronnie too for all their help and support in ensuring everything ran smoothly and that it was fitted so well. We had the kitchen fitted as part of an extensive renovation and Panorama went out of their way to fit in around the building schedule at what was a very busy time of year, so that took a lot of pressure off and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I’d also like to mention how satisfied we are with the after sales service too. We had a few minor snags (which is to be expected) and Panorama had no issues coming back out to put them right. Just had my kitchen done through Panarama. We had the kitchen knocked through to double the size from the existing kitchen. When Ian from Panarama first came to our property to assess what could be done, he gave us ideas which we never imagined were possible. A few weeks on and our kitchen is done and looks unbelievable. Ian has been available to speak to throughout the process and has even liaised with the fitters to ensure everything went smoothly. I had my kitchen from Panorama couple of months ago, very pleased with the overall result. Ian Rice was very helpful and dedicated to design my whole kitchen exactly the way I wanted. I have just had a kitchen from Panorama; I am delighted with the result and, in fact, the whole experience. From the start, Paul Judic, the designer, was excellent. He understood my requirements, made an insightful recommendation to increase space (that was not directly kitchen-related, he was considering the larger picture) and produced a design that works really well for me.I am eternally grateful that Paul recommended Nash Builders to do the prep work. They are hard working, conscientious, and deliver a high quality end result. Neil Parsons guided me through the kitchen planning process and suggested ways the kitchen would work best with the space and budget available, always professionally and patiently. Bought a new kitchen from Panarama in July. Can’t praise them highly enough. From start to finish the customer service was second to none. We had been searching for a replacement kitchen and we're starting to feel disillusioned.
Magnet we're just too pushy
Wren we we're not impressed with quality of the finish
John Lewis inordinately expensive
And so one Sunday we made a visit to Panarama, to be honest it was meant as a quick visit as we had never really considered them. WOW, what a big mistake that was.

From the minute we entered their Belmont Road showroom, we were impressed by the range if designs, styles and options available.
Neil wandered across to intrduce himself, explain the layout of the store, and then to advise that he would leave us free to look around, absolutely what we needed as the pair of is cannot deal with pushy sales people.

After finding something of our choice, Neil took our sizes, listened intently and made copious notes on what we wanted and what was important to us and set about drawing up some plans for us.

Called in to the shop, a few days later to review what Neil had done for us, and he had certainly delivered, all the points that were important to us had been included, as well as some little suggestions from himself, that elevated the look of the kitchen still further.

Attention to detail to Neil was key, he researched the fridge we were purchasing himself, tweaking the design to ensure a perfect fit.

Price wise, they came in at two thirds of what John Lewis had quoted, but they were delivering a higher quality product than John Lewis.

A site visit from Neil and then Adrian followed, which ensured no nasty surprises lay lurking.

Fit day arrived, and Paul the kitchen fitter, worked seamlessly with my electrician and plumber, with all the units being fitted within three days.

Overall comments:
Neil is a top gent and could not have delivered a better customer experience throughout.
Quality of the units is first class
Communication from the company is clear and timely.
Units are all made for you, not pulled off a shelf in some warehouse. Their factory is right behind the showroom.
The price they charge is fair given the quality of the product and the finish.

Fantastic customer service!

I had gone to Panorama Kitchens on a whim, hoping by some long shot that they might be able to help provide me with door hinges as well as possibly drilling the holes to place them in for some kitchen cabinet doors that I hadn't bought with them.

To my complete surprise, Craig was exceptionally friendly and offered to take a look at them for me. After asking a colleague to see if this could be possible, they provided me some new door hinges as well as drilled the holes free of no charge. There are very few places you expect such kind gestures and this really meant a lot to me.
