We came here for our company Christmas dinner .We had a private room downstairs and had an antipasto bar followed by penne alla vodka and a short rib which was incredible and bombe and pannetone for desert the staff was very friendly all around great service

My husband and I decided to have our wedding event at this restaurant, we met with Charles who helped us planned this amazing event from the beginning to end. Charles was very responsive to our questions , kept us informed of the process and took care of the big and small details for us. On the day the room was set out beautifully, the room was big enough for our guests, with our own bar, washroom facility and away from the regular restaurant. We had excellent food that was authentically Italian. Tony and rest of the team were top notch I cannot say how great they were extremely helpful, caring and very friendly. We've been going to Paninos since before my wife and I got married. The best and most reasonably priced, high quality Italian food you can find for miles around. So glad I picked this place for dinner with a friend. The menu has a large selection and something for everyone. I ordered the seafood pasta with calamari, scallops, and shrimps. Even the fried calamari (appetizer) impressed me! Tender and fresh, definitely more than what I would expect from typical fried calamari dishes. Our server was very patient and attentive too! Panino Cappuccino is a hidden gem in an otherwise sketchy parking lot. I have no problem routinely driving 30 minutes in each direction to have dinner there and I am never disappointed. This is a classic Italian restaraunt. It has been there for years and you can see their commitment to quality in the food and the service.Their pasta is fresh and on par with or better than most Italian places in the GTA. What surprised me was the quality of the steaks (I know eh?). The meat is very flavourful and evenly cooked with (what looks like) sus-vide persition.For dessert try the coconut cream pie (made in-house).
