Ben is an old school type of guy for your old school audio. I bought an old Garrard 401 & Ben has advised, serviced, & refurbed it to something truly spectacular. We kept the original sme 3009 arm, got a 2m bronze on his recommendation. I picked the plinth & he sourced the feet. It sounds amazing, & looks even better. Took a large flat screen tv into Panda sound. Ben fitted a new circuit board withing a couple of days and charge was very reasonable. Called Ben out for a different large flat screen TV. This time he came to the house on friday and said he would order the parts required. He rang us on monday and came out the same evening. Again reasonable charge, very polite and friendly and certainly knows his job. We would highly recomend him for any TV repairs. Thank you Ben for an excellent "local" service. More...

After having some real issues with my Fender Blues Jr guitar amp I was advised to take it into Ben at Pandasound ("he can pretty much fix anything" I was told). Took it in on the Monday and was gigging with it by Saturday. All problems solved (circuitry and bias problems). Ben is a great, knowledgeable and patient guy who fixed our Akai Amp that we had virtually given up on. Our 30 year old amp acts and sounds like new, cant believe it. Also the cost was very reasonable. So before discarding your beloved old hi fi, give Ben a ring first, you wont be disapointed. He will be recieving our old Kenwood amp to fix next. Its good to know that people like this are still around and care in our throw away culture. Ben is like gold dust, hard now to find and invaluable. More...
