We have been working with Nick for nearly half of year now. Nick is such a great trainer. He is professional, friendly and prompt. He comes to our home to train us weekly and pushes our limit to the right degree every time. He is also very observant and flexible. Once, I had a pain (probably caused by running). He patiently took the time to observed how I run and gave me many good tips to avoid any in-appropriate posture. From time to time, he charms us by leaving us a note on our treadmill "please do 3 sets of push-up before you run'. Luckily, he never checks on us for that :-) More...

Nick is awesome. I've been working out twice a week with Nick for six months, after not doing any consistent exercise since high school.  My initial goal was to drop some weight and to firm up so I could look a little better at an important event in August. This mission is solidly accomplished--more important the strength and flexibility training I do with Nick has me feeling stronger, sleeping better and just feeling better in general. Where we started with 5 pound weights on some exercises, I now train with 25-35 pounds. Nick has increased the intensity of each exercise and introduced new ones on a schedule that keeps me at the right level of "sore" after every workout.Added to our twice-weekly workouts in our home, Nick regularly emails an updated workout routine that I do on a third day by myself. When we traveled recently, he emailed me a workout description designed to be done with resistance bands in our hotel room.  All emails have a complete workout description with links to YouTube videos of Nick doing the exercise, clearly demonstrating the proper form.Nick is cheerful, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and motivating.  I highly recommend him More...

Nick is amazing. The training is personalized according to your ability and goals. My husband and I meet together and Nick coordinates our session so that we we are able to do intervals together, while being individually challenged. The hour is over before you know it, and we are reminded of Nick the next day with sore muscles that motivate us to keep it up! More...

I am so grateful for Nick. I have never had the courage to get a personal trainer. Nick has been most patient with me. I have two herniated discs, arthritic knees and shoulders plus tendinitis on my elbows. With Nick’s patience, he has me lifting weights I never thought I could! Nick and Stella have built a brilliant business that helps my husband and I achieve our fitness goals while having full-time jobs and young kids.  While we train with Nick in our living room, Stella keeps our kids occupied with games, reading and crafts.  It's very cost effective when compared to a gym membership and babysitting.  Without Nick and Stella, I'd rarely get to exercise.  Nick's exercise program is flexible and tailored to meet the different physical needs between my husband and me.  We've been working with Nick for 2 years now and have seen great improvements in our weight, muscle mass and endurance.  We completely agree with previous review that he is the right balance of firm and friendly.  Highly recommend! Nick is amazing. Thoughtful, punctual, motivating and effective. I am already seeing the results from his program, and I only started a few months ago. Super easy to work with - but definitely not a pushover! The right balance of firm by friendly - exactly what you want in a personal trainer. While we may not be his typical clients, Nick has been able to work with us to achieve our fitness goals. We have trained with Nick for several Spartan Races over the last year and each time we have done better than the last. We went from placing bottom 80% of our M20-25 age group to in the top 20% in six months. His training methods are effective at building muscle, dropping fat, and, most importantly for myself, preventing injury. I love the "aha!" moments in training when a client learns how to move their body in a way they didn't even know was possible before. Or when a client tells me they could lift/do something in their day that they couldn't before training with me. The best moments are the moments when we reach a long term goal and feel a deep sense of gratitude for each other and journey we've been on to accomplish that goal.

I started this business with my wife as a personal training and babysitting business. We helped busy parents by traveling to their house to watch their kids while we had our personal training sessions. We now have 3 kids of our own and decided to stop the babysitting and focus only on personal training. I also enjoy creating my own policies around how to train clients and especially on how to sell personal training. I focus much more on delivering the best training experience possible and letting that sell itself instead of employing some of the sales tactics my previous employer taught.

We are trainers who are certified by the some of the best certifying organizations. We have the education to understand the best way to start you at whatever your current fitness level is and get you to your goals as safely and efficiently as possible.
