These people are great. We did three painting/carpentry projects with Palette Pro this year, both inside and outside, and each time their work was impeccable. Their workers are well-trained, professional and respectful of their customers' homes. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and when the job was finished, they left their work area spotless. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they are going to do. The guys were amazing! They did the most beautiful job and were above and beyond their call of duty. I found Palette Pro on Thumbtack and this was the first time I used such a Service.  I read the reviews and decided to take a chance.  Their work was amazing.  The team showed up on time, repaired and refinished the floor and cleaned up.  Their work was neat and thorough and I felt comfortable enough to leave them while I went out.  They are talented, professional an reasonably priced,  I would recommend Palette Pro hands down and already plan on using them for another project. I hired Palette Pro after meeting with a 5 contractors. After purchasing a new home, we wanted to paint and update parts of the house. My project consisted of painting about 2,800 sq ft, refinishing 1200 sq of hardwood floors, and create a kitchen pass-through between our kitchen and family room. When receiving my quote at my home, Rodrigo was on time and very detailed. They use great technology for their contracting which breaks down the cost on a room by room and project by project basis, making pricing very clear. You also sign documents electronically, making contract very transparent. After considering several other contractors (as I was new to the area), Palette Pro's quote was very competitive and they seemed to very easy to work with and would be able to get the project done in a prompt manner. They also offer a free paint color consultation with an interior designer to help pick out colors, which was very valuable for us. The results of the project were excellent and we are very satisfied. The cost of the project was exactly as described. The painting professionals did extensive patching of small nicks and settling cracks in our walls. They even applied a 3rd coat of paint to 2 rooms that they thought needed it to match our desired paint color. I would strongly recommend Palette Pro for a home renovation project and they would definitely be our first call for a future project. More...

Palette-pro responded prompt to my inquiry then rapidly scheduled a power washing. The workers were courteous, polite and tidy. They were gentle and did not blast any paint off but removed all the mildew and dirt. Thank you, Palette-pro!

9/15 I hired Palette Pro Painting for a second job finishing the wood on my porches. They came on time.they sanded the wood carefully and made the hand railings nice and smooth to prevent splinters. When researching painting companies, I came across Palette Pro and could not find one negative review about them -- now I understand why. To say these guys are good is an understatement -- they are amazing! From the estimate appointment with Rafael to the meticulous detail that Anderson and his crew paid to our home each day, it was a true pleasure working with all of them. Their price was very reasonable, they were on time each and every day (even on Saturday), they cleaned up each night before they left and were very flexible and patient working with and around the other contractor doing work in our home. In addition to painting, they also repaired several areas of ceiling and walls that were damaged (some by the other contractor) and never made any request seem like an inconvenience (even when we changed the color of a room after the first coat had gone on!).

We purchased a house and hired Palette Pro to refinish our floors, wooden decks, interior painting and wallpapering as well as some exterior painting. The team was very professional and detail oriented with their work. At the end of each day they cleaned up and were very respectful of the other teams (landscapers and arborists) that were working on the house as well. This is the second time that I have worked with Rodrigo Vasconcellos and Pallette Pro. The first time was for an complete exterior paint job during Fall 2013. This second contract was for interior work to scrape, fill, sand, prime and paint 40 double hung windows.
