I can't even tell you how wonderful and amazing the two bartenders were on 2/2/19. They worked with what we had provided and made sure that they wine would make it through the night. We hired Palace Party for our Christmas party in December and would highly recommend their services. Kevin was our bartender and was great! He showed up an hour before to set everything up, was well prepared, and broke everything down quickly when the time ended. We served a few signature cocktails, and he did a great job mixing them per our recipe. As a host, it was such a relief to have someone serving so we could actually enjoy our guests instead of running around like crazy to open wine bottles, refill glasses, and make drinks. They were very flexible in scheduling, very accommodating in setting up the booking, and the bartender, David, was great! Our guests absolutely loved him and we'd totally book him again for future parties. We had a great and easy experience from scheduling our bartender, processing payment, set-up before the event, bartending during the event, and clean up. Palace party was great. We booked a venue that uses them as their exclusive bar service provider, so we didn’t have a choice in booking, but that was fine because they were great! The head bartender was amazing, and she helped me design a signature cocktail for our wedding that was DELICIOUS! It was so popular that they ran out of it towards the end of the evening! They were sometimes slow to reply via email, but other times they replied in minutes, and honestly none of my emails/inquiries were that urgent, so it wasn’t an issue. I had the most amazing experience with this company! I hired them for my boyfriends birthday party. Sarah, the CEO helped me make decisions on the party and drinks to serve since it was my first time hiring a bartender. Our bartender, Samantha, was so professional, kind, and efficient. We had some more difficult cocktails to make and they were on point! No one waited for cocktails and with our close to 25 guests I was very impressed! I also noticed her picking up around the party when she got a chance. She stayed an extra 45 minutes to an hour serving our guests and making sure we had a great time. What a wonderful experience!  I needed bartenders for a post-wedding reception party at my home.  A friend recommended Palace Party Beverage so I gave them a call.  Sarah was great and helped me figure out exactly what was needed.  The bartenders arrived an hour before the party and set everything up so that they were ready to pour as the first guests arrived.  Not only were they great mixologists but also warm and friendly.  Everyone enjoyed them.  At the end of the party, they cleaned everything up really well.  I am ready to have another party just so that I can hire them again! From what I have heard from our guest, the staff was very professional and diligent. I didn't get to personally interact with the staff for long, since I was busy dancing the night away, but they looked great and seemed like they were ready to help. I hired this company almost a year before my wedding and within that time frame I was able to make some changes to our agreement. Vendor had good communication with us prior to the event and they were very helpful with giving us advise on liquor quantities for the party. I did not receive any complaints from the bartenders other than the drinks were a bit on the strong side which most people were ok with. The bartenders were courteous to help pack up and put boxes in our vehicles after the party.
