Describe your creative process.
The creative process I utilize begins with the client's needs. I need a clear understanding of the client's needs and expectations prior to any work beginning. From there, I assemble the creative team that has the skills and talents to bring the client's dream to life. The creative process begins when my team fully understands the client's needs and expectations. There are many design meetings, client meetings and feedback sessions where we continually tweak our process for an end product that is rooted in the client's needs and reflective of my team's creative abilities.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
To begin the website development process, I will need: A signed work agreement containing a wireframe diagram depicting the functions of the website , the client's logo, a domain, and any photos or content the client wishes to use on the site. Also helpful is to know if the client has a specific color scheme for the site or a specific look and feel they want for the site.....i.e. contemporary, corporate, playful, rustic....etc. Having these items from the client is always helpful.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to use my creative abilities to help my clients shine. Photography, graphic design, video production......I love getting to use my skills in all these areas to help my clients create a great website.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years in the corporate world, I was downsized from a local hospital and decided that I didn't want go through that experience again. I always wanted to work for myself and own a business. My downsizing, while painful, was my open door to becoming self employed and I've been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and haven't looked back. God has blessed me with great success and I will continue to believe that, while my skills have had some impact on my self employment success, my faith and support from my family have both had even greater impact on my success.

My personal marketing strategy is pretty simple and I feel it is a the root of why clients choose me: If I do great work for you, you will tell your friends, and they will come see me. My past clients have been my best marketers and I plan to continue doing great work so my clients will continue to say great things about me. Personal referrals are the foundation of my success and they all come from clients who are happy.
