I asked Andy to provide a cost report for a large extension on my property, at first Andy was very professional and the first version of the report was sent to me within a week. However the report had errors throughout so I contacted Andy to have the report corrected and updated, so Andy had a second attempt. This was better but was still obviously incorrect, items were missing and quantity incorrect. It was clear a software program had generated the report but it was bespoke to my project. I contacted Andy again and this point he told me to stop wasting his time! Anyone reading this review go else where! More...
