Joel is the best! He was my trainer for over several months before I moved. During that time, I found him to be a true professional, pushing me to my limit, getting me to my personal fitness goals. The best in town!!! My goal was to gain and pack a lot of muscle. Coming from a skinny guy, this is all I ever wanted. I started training with Joel lates 2016.
