We hired Paella305 for my mom's bday this past Saturday. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Anthony and having catered our party. There were 60 people for ceviche and paella. Searched YelP and Contacted Paella 305 by email to plan a small dinner party of 20 people. Â Chef Anthony was prompt and responsive by phone and email. Â Made the proper suggestions for my party.The chef was prompt and polite and arrived at the agreed upon time. Â Set up the Spanish Artisan Table which not only looked great but was authentic and delicious. Â The star attraction, the Chicken and Seafood Paella did not disappoint any of the guests. Â The flavors and fresh ingredients made a 5-star meal. Wonderful experience! We were in Miami for my son's college graduation from the U of Miami and wanted dinner back at our VRBO. Anthony arrived before we returned from graduation and had appetizers waiting for us and then cooked an amazing seafood paella with lobster for us! It was soooo goood! He was easy to work with and did a fantastic job! Best decision!!! We were able to relax and enjoy each other in our comfortable " home" AND have a marvelous dinner served to us! Thanks Anthony! I found Paella 305 on yelp and read the amazing reviews, so I decided to have Anthony come for a big birthday celebration. His paella and service were OUTSTANDING!! It was a hit among my guests!!! Honestly speaking, I have eaten many many paellas but nothing compared to this one. The rice was well done, not too soft and soggy and the taste and quality was amazing. Anthony is very professional and so thoughtful he even saved me a plate that night because the paella was gone. Everyone had eaten it and had seconds, Â if not thirds. We did an event for our condo association and everything was superb! Anthony was very responsible and professional. An absolute must if you are looking to feed a group of people. Â The paella is honestly one of the best paellas I have ever tasted and I've had it from many famed paella places around the globe. Â It was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. Â On top of the amazing quality of food, the service was just as good. Â Anthony dealt with a lot of back and forth from me on the timing and also dealt with a big delay from our guests. Hiring Chef Anthony was the best decision my husband had ever made! We hosted a birthday party at our home for 35 people and chose a menu of fish ceviche and chicken paella. Chef Anthony arrived early to prep and set up and had dinner served at the exact time that we had agreed upon. The food was outstanding.Before leaving, Chef Anthony packaged up all of the leftovers into aluminum trays and I had nothing to clean up-perfect!The price per person was very reasonable.
